Detroit hires children to oversee parking downtown

…just kidding, it’s really a mannequin our coworkers spotted yesterday while they were out to lunch downtown.  Is this some kind of new parking strategy? Has anyone else seen this, anywhere? How successful is this at getting people to park? More importantly, this mannequin (well all mannequins really) are kind of creepy.

Looks like someone can’t afford to hire real people anymore so they get mannequins to fill in the gaps. Besides who doesn’t love mannequins that look like little children? It’s not like you need a robot to get people to park, or a human for that matter anymore. We guess anything goes in the D.
